About the programme

We build community into everyday life

Hyvän arjen rakentajat (Builders of the Everyday) is a programme launched by the Päivikki and Sakari Sohlberg Foundation that offers a wide range of activities for local residents. The programme is funded by several grant foundations.

The programme currently involves 18 organisations.

What it’s about

A good everyday life is built close to home

We bring activities, support and a sense of community into people’s everyday lives. The safe, inclusive communities of the future take shape together with residents, through experiments and encounters. From these solutions, a new model for strengthening wellbeing is built across Finland.
